Add prompt validation

Ensure prompt has criteria to be able to build an agent. Ex. If prompt is “send email to x@acme.com” there isn’t enough information to build a reliable agent here. Needs to include a recurring action such as “monitor web for updates regarding ai tools and send a summary message daily via telegram”
